After downloading the iOS BLE and looking included pdf it seems that the ConnectIQ.bundle file is was not included in the download. I've have tried downloading on a few different computers to see if there was some problem there, but it still doesn't seem to include this file.
The file that has to be included in your project has been changed from a .bundle to a .framework file. We'll get the documentation updated to indicate that. Sorry for the problem.
