Distance Not Working?

The strangest thing.... Activity.info.elapsedDistance seems to be stuck at ZERO now in the Simulator in my data fields. HR, Power, Speed... all work as expected.

I use ECLIPSE, but that shouldn't matter, right? The Simulator is the same executable for both Eclipse and VSC?

I'll look into this more, but I can't explain it.

What target? Are you sure you started recording?

The target Device is an EDGE 1030. I see Activity.info.currentSpeed working (and other simulated metrics). See anything obvious? Seems like elapsedDistance just stopped working. Weird.

I saw similar behavior when put a laptop into sleep or hibernation without exiting the simulator. Simple restart of VS Code and simulator always helped

Wow - just rebooted my laptop and elapsed distance still stuck on zero with all the other simulated activity metrics working just fine. No idea why/how this broke. Guess I should make the leap today from Eclipse over to VSC. I doubt that helps... guessing the Simulator is the same since that is a separate application from the IDE. But worth a try.

WHAT IS GOING ON?? I rebooted my Windows machine. I converted over from Eclipse to VS Code. I upgraded Java to the latest build. Still my Activity "elaspedDistance" is locked at ZERO, when all the other simulated metrics act normally. Ugh. Next step I guess is to go back to an earlier SDK. Or see if I can remove the simulator executable and reinstall that (is that part of the SDK?).

OK so I downloaded the PRIOR SDK (4.2.3) and now elaspedDistance works! Then went back to 4.2.4 and it works again. So something went wonky and toggling the SDK versions fixed it. Whew. At least now I made the switch to VS Code LOL.
