Connect IQ wants to upgrade 15 apps that are already on the latest version

Am I the only one experiencing this? I open Connect IQ Android app (2.22), it syncs, and then it displays that there are 15 upgradable apps. I didn't check all of them but most of them are already on the latest version, including my own datafield... BTW this is not the 1st time it happens, but usually it was 2-3 apps, not 15 (out of 30 installed)

By guess is that the bug is in the backend

  • they are on official Garmin website

  • I'm not aginst auto migration. In fact I chose to tick that checkbox. It's good for the owners of the new devices (until I'll have time to add them "proper")

What I call a "bug" or at least an unnecessary annoyance for millions of existing users of thousands of apps to "upgrade". I mean all the 15 apps I had to upgrade (twice) in the last week were already working on fenix6 (and tens if not hundred other devices) So it's pointless to trigger an upgrade on all the OLD devices!

  • I had this auto update 3 times during the last week and I did not even check every day. But every time I checked almost all my IQ app got that update.

That's what I understood you to mean as well. But someone else chose the most uncharitable interpretation possible - that you don't understand the concept of auto-migration at all.
