Thru caller , Caller ID

Hi , Got my first Garmin , I have true caller on the phone , when a call rings it shows truecaller on the watch , but not the caller ID , any way to fix this

Is this a Connect IQ app (this forum)? Are you referring the phone app "truecaller?"

I have tried everything , will dig deeper over the weekend , every other app is working , Whatsapp , telegram etc.

Also the Softphone is working fine
