I'd like to know if it is possible to send actual sleep and wake time to garmin connect through some api. I did not find it in the standard api docs, but i guess sleep is a special case?
The idea would be to detect the sleep and wake time myself on the device instead of through the backend processing. so I'm only interested in sending these data.
is it possible?
