How often background refresh for weather vs battery life?

How often do you guys do background pulls for weather data? I have mine set to every 30 mins, but feel like it still drains the battery a little faster. But maybe I'm just imagining it.

Just curious what rate you guys have it set to.

The location of the weather station is not provided. Garmin's observation location returns your cell phone location. Too bad :-(

Yeah. One of the Garmin guys confirmed this is a bug.

openweather does return it tho

Not in obserLocationPosition, but it does return it in observationLocationName.

I've implemented a Weather View in my Performace Dashboard field, and for at least the last year, I've seen mostly airports (often small regional airports) reported by ObservationLocationName, here in Florida. Not random home user stations or suburb names.
