What am I doing wrong???

What do you see after the line with "exit code 102"?  Any lines with "ERROR:"?

You are using the 4.0.6 SDK which is quite old.  The current SDK is 4.2.4.

only thing after the error is

 *  Terminal will be reused by tasks, press any key to close it. 

Try running one of the samples in the SDK ("Monkey C: Open Samples Folder" in the command palette) or use one of the templates with "Monkey C: New Project".  Looks like there may be something wrong in the SwissRailwayClock app.
