Garmin Elevate 4.0 and the ECG app

Hi.

I have four questions:
1.) Venu 2 Plus, FR 255 and FR 265 have the "Garmin Elevate 4.0", correct?
2.) Only the Venu 2 Plus has the ECG app active for the "Garmin Elevate 4.0", correct?
3.) Does the Forerunner 965 also have the "Garmin Elevate 4.0"?
4.) Is there any indication that the ECG app is also coming for the FR 965?

It's more than the elevate 4. There's a ring need on the back that the v2+ has, but other devices don't have. DCR specifically said the 965 doesn't have the needed HW.

So the v2+ is currently the only one that can use the ecg app? Are there any rumors if there will be another smatwatch from garmin this year that can use the ecg app?
