I noticed that some manifests have minSdkVersion while others have minApiLevel. What's the difference between them?

Here: developer.garmin.com/.../ it only mentions minApiLevel.

They changed the name a while back, and both work the same.. minSdkVersion wasn't a good name as the SDK has it's own number that didn't match the API Level
