SDK 4.2.0 WARNING: Cannot determine if container access is using container type.

Hello,

I get a message on my SIM (yellow text):

Cannot determine if container access uses container type.

What type of container should i use for this code?

This is an OWM feature

function responseCallback(responseCode as Number, data as Dictionary or String or Null) as Void {

var backgroundData as Dictionary;

if (responseCode == 200) {

backgroundData = {
"1" => responseCode,
"2" => Time.now().value(),
"3" => data["main"]["temp"],
"4" => data["weather"][0]["icon"],

};
} else {
backgroundData = {
"1" => responseCode,
"2" => Time.now().value(),
};
}

Background.exit(backgroundData);
}

you can also turn off for 1 function by annotating it:

(:typecheck(false))

but really, it's just a matter of copy&paste from the sdk docs, so I don't understand what's your problem.

Ok, so should I understand that now when I create the project I get "containers" errors in SIM. I turn it off now and when I compile (IQ file) I get a problem and it will not be possible to export the project without using the correct types of containers?

Thanks SDK 4.2.0 is new to me and that's why they are asking

Pasting and copying texts, what do you mean? The problem is that I'm not used to seeing any errors of the Containers type...

Most examples in the documentation are typed. This one certainly is. So just copy the function declaration

I tried doing this:

public function onBackgroundData(data as Application.PersistableType) as Void {

And it hasn't changed either.

I can still ask for help on what I did wrong or an example in my code that I provided at the beginning of this post.

Thanks, I changed that and got this error:

Invalid '$.Toybox.Lang.Object' passed as parameter 1 of type 'PolyType<$.Toybox.Lang.Boolean or $.Toybox.Lang.Char or $.Toybox.Lang.Double or $.Toybox.Lang.Float or $.Toybox.Lang.Long or $.Toybox.Lang.Number or $.Toybox.Lang.String>'.

Oh yeah. Sorry, that was for my custom function. You can do this though:

	function onBackgroundData(dataInput) {
	    var data = dataInput as Dictionary?;

Try assigning keys[i] to a local variable, say k, and also data[k] to a local variable and pass those to the functions
