GPS enabled but no speed or distance measurement

Hi,

I have an user which complains that my Rowing application does not record the speed and the distance on a FR55 only.

The code was unchanged since a while and nobody reports such issues on other watches. Also I could check that the GPS was enabled in the log and the quality was good. But completely odd: no information about speed and distance are stored. It is as if the GPS was not activated.

Did anybody have a similar issue?

Maybe that user set autopause by custom speed?

Is this info displayed while your app is running? Does the user see that?

Have them use "about" on the watch and tell you what they see for the GPS version

I'd also have them try a reboot - press and hold the upper left button until the watch turns itself off (15 seconds or so) and then turn it back on.

He say that the speed is always null and the GPS quality is good.

When he activate GPS and galileo, it appears less often. Strange.
