Can't seem to sync app to 920xt

Hi all,

Tried to download an app: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/28bb07ec-936e-471e-9f96-11c5f2b6b852

I click "Send to Device", select my 920xt, and it says it was successfully sent. I connect my watch to my computer via USB and Garmin Express appears to sync something, but nothing is updating.

Do I need to do something to actually enable the app on my device?

Edit: I updated my Express app, mobile app, and checked for updates on my 920xt. Still no luck.

You need to go to Settings > System > Clock > Watch Face on your 920XT and select the watch face.

Thanks Travis. I went into System --> Clock, but there is no watch face option. My guess is that it's not actually syncing it over. I'll try downloading another watch face for testing purposes.

Hmmm. Tried another watch face, no luck. I restarted both the watch and the computer. Now it appears like Garmin Express is trying to sync, but it's just stuck at "Downloading from Garmin Connect."

If you don't see a Watch Face option in Settings > System > Clock, then you aren't running the necessary software on your 920. If you go to System > About you should see that the Software Version field displays 2.64 (or later). If you don't have the correct software, you can get it here. Keep in mind that the software is Beta, so you are likely to encounter bugs.
