When do the users that have already installed your app, get the updated version?

When do the users that have already installed your app, get the updated version? I am adding new features, adding support for other devices and hesitant to post an update.

do you also know if someone deleted the widget? Or those are counted as "still using the old version"?

These are daily usage logs. So I only get info from people who actually ran the widget today. Each time the widget is run, a new entriy gets added to the log. If some one deleted the widget their version info would no longer get logged. I don't keep stats older than 2 weeks.

I initially set this up so I could determine what level of daily usage I needed to purchase when my primary data source basically said I needed to pay or remove the widget. Since the widget still has to check on registration status, I still collect the anonymous usage details in a separate log. The good thing is I get this info for all devices not just system 5 and above.
