Ooh, this would be a really nice piece of information to have.
Since I haven't found a direct way to get this, you could attempt to estimate it by timing the difference between the high power and low power modes as they happen. Just keep an ongoing measurement / moving average, try to fit to the values you know it can take from settings, and toss out outliers.
