Some of my user told me his watchface restored to the default state after several days usage. I think the properties had been cleared. But I don't know why it happened.
His watch model is: tactix7
Do you have any idea about this case?
Thanks

hi, maybe there is no link but on my side it happens with very low memory device (FR45-GS2-fr735xt) when due to the settings (arround +4kb) the device runs out of memory.
for exemple on 48kb device, my app runs 41/45(peak) and when settings are applied peak = 49, in that case the settings are reset to default
Sounds reasonable
For APAC devices I have strange era logs
https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/bad-era-logs
I think it's connected with properties maybe when user tries to run settings on watch (getSettingsView()). Yesterday I managed to replicate this error on sim. Strange is that settings view doesn't have to use settings at all but system try to do something with settings.
