Share Beta Apps?

Is it possible for someone else to install a Beta application from the Store to test it?

They can side-load it, but then the settings don't work.

This is not possible unfortunately.
A workaround would be to make a public app and clearly label it as beta.

This is not very sustainable but you could ask the tester to open a developer account, give you the credentials, and upload it to their account. But then probably sending them the prg file and side-loading would be easier (assuming it doesn't have settings...)
