Problem in converting decimal to ascii.

I'm a beginer and i have problem in converting decimal to ascii. My classmate help me out but that was not enough. can any one please to help me?

I take the number 65, convert it to a character, and the char to a string

Some days ago, I discussed my problem here. In which i was facing a problem in converting decimal to ascii. So, i searched and found a tool. Visit the website(https://decimaltoascii.com/) and suggest me either it is good or not. Thanks.
