IQ error

Why do some users report an IQ error on starting an app and others have no problem running the app - when using the same device?

It is likely that some users have older firmware on the device, and your code doesn't check that the API you are using is available before you use it.

Thanks for that. I found your reply on this thread also https://forums.garmin.com/archive/index.php/t-341216.html. But is there a way to tell the minimum version of firmware an app will run on?
