reboot after battery goes down

Hello,

My garmin forerunner 255 does not reboot each time the battery goes down. I had to make a hard reset (erased everything) because I was not able to reboot it after following all the possible instructions.

Is this normal? It takes me like 2 hours or more to get my watch started all over again. I lost all my data.

Now I have the problem that it does not pair to my iphone.

This is really frustrating.

You want to ask in the 255 product forum, but it almost sounds like there might be an issue with your cable, as on a dead battery, it should only take a few minutes for the watch to start uo after you connect the cable. What are you using to charge?

it charges up to 100% but then it never turns on norma. I see a triangle, then it tries to reboot, and then again triangle. I have to to all the troubleshooting steps all over again every time I forget to charge the watch before the whole battery is drained to 0%.

I hoped that a hard reset would have solved this problem, but I keep getting the same problem every time a run out of battery and have to turn on the watch (it does not reboot normal).
