Drawing abnormalities on Forerunner 955 solar

I have a watchface which on the Forerunner 955 Solar, the rendering is significantly different between the watch and the simulator.

On the actual watch the box around the date window is missing, and the subdial circles are choppy.

THe user reports that originally when the watchface was installed, the date box was present, but not any more.

Very strange!!!

Any thoughts?

I assume that bitmap resources are preprocessed for color and scaled (if required) during compilation, so that on the actual watch the bitmap is just loaded and displayed. Is this correct?

I think the color(seems to be gray) may be not supported on real device. from https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/reference-guides/devices-reference/#devicereference , fr955 has 256 colors, but without a color paradigm. sucks

I don't think so because the same colour is visible in other places.

I suppose it's connected with rounded rectangle with radius 1 and thickness line of 2.

but of course there is a bug somewhere watch or sim

Interesting. Yes we need to see the color palette in the documentation. It is missing.
