Ui.Confirmation - Initialization

Hi,

I would like to know how to change the text "Confirm" or "Cancel" with Ui.Confirmation.
I found for the title but no way found for the button "Confirm" and "Cancel".
Thanks for your help.

The options are device specific, and not configurable. For example some devices will just show a cross and a tick.
