No Frills Watch Face- neat update

Hermo- super job with your watchface and updates. I appreciate your efforts. Good luck with your Comrades Marathon on 5/29. I am sure knowledgeable runners realize this is a 52 mile "Marathon" in South Africa.
My bet would be very few of the participants have ever been too wrapped up in viewing their 24x7 HR. Been running just over 40 years- with over 84,5xx miles run and still smile when folks get wrapped up in the 24x7 HR readings. I have used HR monitors since Polar got in the game. Interested in the data while running- otherwise not really interested. Have measured my resting HR when waking- manually, never had any issues. I do like my 235- but usually use the strap, seems to be more reliable. But hey, just get out and run. Nick

Thank you so much for the kind words Nick!

I agree about only measuring the resting HR when waking.
The 24x7 HR reading is new, and I am experimenting to see if it can give early warning to overtraining and illnesses. Or should wake up resting heart rate be sufficient?

Impressive running history! I am not even 40 yet!
