I don't search if the watch is connected at sensor.

My watch can send heart rate at my garmin 530

I activate the funcitonnality https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/forerunner245/EN-US/GUID-D8D363C2-0690-48D4-95E2-A3557E7D53C2.html and I search if it possible to know if heart rate broadcasting is enabled to by code ...

There is no way on the watch to see if it is broadcasting the HR, but on the 530 you can see if it is getting the HR
