SetPenWidth() to values other than 1 not working on Edge 1000?

SetPenWidth() to values other than 1 works on the simulator but not on my Edge 1000, nothing is drawn.
Any possibility this might be a bug?
FWIW, the same code works fine on the Edge 520.
