Not possible in a generic sense. Watchfaces cannot load images dynamically from a source like the internet. There are rules regarding copyrights and brands and publishing publicly to the app store. My gut feelings is that a Man U watchface won't be accepted, or later get removed if there is a takedown notice.
With copyrights as they are you would likely have to contact a dev directly to get a watchface created with whatever Man Utd logo you want so you can sideload (ie, upload it via computer without using app store) it directly to your watch.
We own the logo for our running club but none of us are technical. We are looking to create a watchface. Is there a list of people we can contact to do this for us?
