I'm having this issue too.
Uploaded an app yesterday with no issue. But when I needed to upload update a few hours later, the developer dashboard link was gone. Figured they were doing some update or something, so left it.
Today the dashboard was back and I uploaded the app. But after that, the link was gone again. None of the cache clearing, hard reload or reboot worked. Can not sign out either.
This is chrome on my Mac btw. Gave up trying to get it going and tried safari. That works. Also after my upload...
Happens approximately once a month. Did you try the steps in my 1st comment?
I only opened the dev tools and did "empty cache and hard reload" from right click on reload. Wanted to try that now, but now the link is back.... The computer has been shutdown for a while, but a reboot didn't fix it earlier, so there must be a time factor involved in this...
If deleting cache also deletes cookies then it's probably the same. If it doesn't remove the cookies then i bet that's there reason it didn't work
Ah finally I got back in. The forum login went FUBAR with a what seemed like an endless SSO loop.....
I don't think the cache clr/hard reload kills the cookies. Will try that next time. Didn't do it this time around, since I didn't know how to do it for just one site and didn't feel like killing all. Now found out you can do that with the dev tool->application->storage. However, that was what made the forum login mad I suspect, soooo....
