Hi - I want to get 'real time' (<1min)) heart rate data on a computer (PC or Apple fine) from a Vivoactive 4s. (I want to use the data in real time to pause videos if one's heart rates falls outside a target zone - to motivate users to speed back up.) I'm able to broadcast and receive the data every few seconds from the watch to the Garmin Connect app on my iphone, but it only updates every ~10mins on the Connect app on my computer, and data exports take days. ANY TIPS ON HOW TO GET REAL TIME (<1min) HR DATA FROM A GARMIN WATCH TO MY COMPUTER? Thanks SO much - I've been trying to do this for YEARS!
