Is there any way to know which non-ASCII unicode character can I use and where?

I'd like to use some unicode characters in different part of my app. For example: ️

I tried it in my DF on fenix6, and i is displayed in the AppName but not in the DataField.label.

Is there any way to know which unicode character would be displayes in which context, on which devices?

What's there can vary by device, current language, and even the specific font.

Note that these devices don't have a lot of memory and the set of unicode chars is quite large. So, they can't really include all of them.

Most people are either using custom fonts or icons for these sorts of things.

I don't know. I guess it also depends on what is your question. What string? Where does it come from? XML or MC? Or from user? From the web? Where do you want to display it? As you can see different devices use different fonts with different "unicode" characters supported.

hi, I made many test and yes, it depends on device I try with simple emoticon or special characters and it works. Many thanks for your answer.

just be careful, 'cause it might not work on all devices...
