/Why hs my BigTime watchface gone from 4th in the most popular ?

No. They are the overall individual downloads that the public see. I'm referring to the download stats only shown to the app developer.

They were showing 10,000 downloads for the last version (last two weeks) now they are showing 300. Why have 9700 downloads been removed thus forcing it off the top 10?

This chart was showing 10,000 or so downloads yesterday and now it's just 300. I have not released a new version. What gives?!

Looks like these was something done by the app store folks, as I now see "-upd" and the end of my stuff. That would make it a "new version", I believe, and mean new stats, even if the developer didn't do a new upload.

Shall I just release a new version to make people download again to force the correct rating?

This occurred because there was an app migration to add support for a couple of additional devices. The current migration system has to build a new version of the app to add new device support, and a consequence is that the stats get reset to track the activity on the new version.

We're aware that this isn't preferred by everyone, so we've been looking at some other solutions for app migration for the future.
