To me and thousands of other user whose bought your watches expect some level of services and proactive customer support in case of applications which you allowed to use in your Garmin Connect IQ store. Also we expecting same service from your side to the developers whose expecting same.

What is not clear to us is, why you allowed application which is getting top ratings from users and also you awarded this application by your Garmin Developer award in 2020 as Best App for the Active Lifestyle.

Many months ago one of the realy useful part of the application stopped working due to update of Garmin Connect app. What is not wrong and we user understand the iprovement of aplication is expected and necessery time to time.

What is not correrc is fact that you do not providing any cooperation to the awarded developer and his app to make this functionality working again. What we as user should to think about this?

One one side if you once allowed application in your IQ store, you awarded this app and developer by all of this you agreed with the complete functionalites what are provided by app to customers. Then on the other side you should to provode sufficient support to developer in case if this is necessary to make application fully working to keep us as customers happy and confident that in your IQ store are really applications which we can use on our watches.

The developers should be fully supported if this is required. Only 100% funcitoned application can make happy customers which can buy more Garmin devices if they know the apps and independent developers are fully supported.

Please support the developer and make us as your customers happy.
