Can't access downloaded watch face Fenix 7X

Hi all!

I just received my Fenix 7X and I'm trying to use a data rich watch face (Sanuha) that I downloaded and paid for from the IQ store. The watch face worked during the trial version, but the next morning my watch had auto switched to a different face. When I tried to reselect the desired watch face it would momentarily display the watch face in the settings select screen then quickly switch to an error page that only displayed the IQ logo with an "!" overlayed on the top right portion of the logo. I've tried dabbling with the settings, ensuring the code sent to me from the developer was correct, restarting the watch, and contacting the developer all to no avail.. 

Has anyone had similar issues, or maybe know of a solution?
