No API 4.0 available to select after SDK update?

Hello people,

I updated my SDK to 4.09 today, and wanted to test out some of the new watches, however when I open the Run configuration in eclipse and select the new watches - the supported API level is blank and non - selectable.

Any ideas why I cannot select or see 4.0?

Is the Sim not ready for testing yet?

So - It appears that the 4.10 Beta does not allow exporting of projects.

I fixed the problem by going into the

Eclipse, Window, Preference, Connect IQ and ticked the box for allow the SDK route, then that…

Beta SDKs (4.1.0-beta1) never allow building iq files Right now, the only devices that have even beta FW for System 5 seem to be the va4 and venu1.

Haven't tried the latest 11.0.14+9 yet.

It is pretty weird that the compiler is super slow with certain JRE versions.

Not sure, but an IQ file is just a ZIP file, so you can extract both IQ files and compare them for yourself.

In honesty I had not changed the JRE version for years, since I got it working in the first place, but the app had more and more watch versions added. I did think it was a little ridiculous taking 3 hours, but didn't know how to speed it up. Anyway - seeming problems both solved, using eclipse version 21-12 and JRE 17. 3 minutes and 9 seconds. 11 Mb compile !
