App version is different on the Web and in Connect IQ app on the phone

I see very weird behavior of IQ store today. I uploaded a new version of my app today (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/07ae0f49-7240-4475-a229-4507e8035fae ), and it shows correct version on the Web (1.1.7), but in Connect IQ on the phone it is still 1.1.6. And it gets worse:

- If you install from Web through Garmin Express, it installes 1.1.7, but if you open IQ store on the phone, it DOWNGRADES the app to 1.1.6

- When you change app settings on the phone, it uses NEW 1.1.7 settings, even though it just downgraded the app to 1.1.6. In my case, the settings are not compatible between these 2 versions!

- Connect (without IQ) app sometimes upgrades to 1.1.7, but sometimes not - I can't tell what exactly is the pattern there.

I simplified the description a little - I actually started with v1.1.5 today and uploaded to 1.1.6. But when customers started reporting problems, I discovered the issue and uploaded 1.1.7, which is almost identical to 1.1.6. Before IQ store downgraded to 1.1.5, but now it downgrades to 1.1.6, which at least has settings compatible with 1.1.7, so bigger disaster is hopefully avoided...

  • Thinks will likely sort out in a couple hours as there's a "app update" review as of a while back and the message I've seen says it can take a couple hours.

  • All update delays aside, this is a clear bug - IQ uses settings from 1 version with another. And during that time the app is very likely to crash. It would be great to hear from Garmin team on this.

  • The struggle continues. The app shows correct 1.1.7 version in IQ app on the phone now, but it is 1.1.6 on the watch. UPDATE option is not available.

  • Still the same problems. I published an update and app version on web is different from the one in the phone Connect IQ app. However, when you click on reviews in Connect IQ app it shows "No reviews for current version" - which is true for the real new version, but not true for the version the app shows as current.

    And still no comments from Garmin - that is disconcerting. I am affraid to publish any updates now...
