We have a ticket open for this issue, which is being tracked here: https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/era-doesn-t-work.
Tried the ERA tool from several SDKs and none of them worked so it looks to me like the server is down. Several days ago it worked fine for me, so there must be something changed in between.
Garmin, It's 6th days without any reaction, it's simple unprofessional.
I can't remember a time when it was working without problems. I think I always got "A server error occurred" message, but at least for a while when I clicked OK I got the error report as expected. But for months now it's become worse. For a while I could get it back showing the errors at least for some of my apps by resetting and adding the developer ID again. Then it would not work any more, but I found that adding the developer key for each app individually would help (maybe for a week or two before it would stop working again). Now even that doesn't help. Now when I try that with the only key that I've ever used, I get a message "this key does not belong to this app". I notice there is a difference in ERA behavior depending on the VPN server location that I choose (I've tried that out of desperation for different countries), but no luck here either. For some locations ERA closes right after the "Server error" message, for others it goes on to "fetching errors", but nothing comes out in the list.
