Tried the ERA tool from several SDKs and none of them worked so it looks to me like the server is down. Several days ago it worked fine for me, so there must be something changed in between.
Garmin, It's 6th days without any reaction, it's simple unprofessional.
I have problem with ERA too and there is info from Garmin and I don't know if something was changed with my computer (firewall/java version etc) or it's simple troubles with servers.
ERA tool is still not working for me 11/21/2021, stopped working about a week ago, I will fix these dates if it starts to work again; not sure what the problem is. I can load the interface, but it fails to load the error info.
**** UPDATE 11/23 working today. Earlier this week I tried (1) rebooting my computer, and (2) resetting the ERA tool requiring I log back in using user ID from developer dashboard web address and developer key for connectIQ (it showed an error message when I tried to log back in, but this morning it showed me as already logged in, so that was surprising I must have been able to log in yesterday but still it showed error message when I tried to download error data). I also tried (3) upgrading to more recent ConnectIQ API (which I don't think helped at all) and (4) installing VS Code (which didn't change anything, the ERA Tool is a separate thing). And none of these strategies worked - it just started working again today without any actions on my part.
I think the issue was connection/server error, in other words not anything we developers can control directly. Perhaps someone at Garmin contacted whatever web server they are using for the ERA tool reporting pipeline, and it indirectly reset or reactivated something which had gone to sleep. Not knowing much about connections/servers, maybe the time of day or using a different network connection matters, but maybe not.

I suggest everyone add a +1 to the bug report so Garmin realizes the importance. This bug is currently way down the list because it doesn't have very many +1 votes yet.
I'm still seeing the "server error has occurred", as well as later a message about my developer key not matching my app, which is definitely not true.
The question is, does Garmin care about its developers ?
To me, the developers community is an added value to the platform in comparison to other companies that offer no third party support for their watches. So they definitely should care if they want their platform to be the best.
