You can simple see which smartwatches support a Garmin watch app by looking at Compatible Devices of the app in aps.garmin.com. In this case: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/33a8a6dd-3d4d-4543-8f6f-244b56363ec7#0
You see that Garmin Lily is not mentioned.
Is Miaomiao something you put on top of a Freestyle Libre sensor? For Freestyle Libre 2 sensors that is completely unnecessary.
Freestyle Libre 2 sends every minute the current glucose value via Bluetooth and an Android app can receive this signal.
An example of such an Android app is Juggluco (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tk.glucodata). For this app there is also a watch app (called Kerfstok) to which Juggluco sends the glucose values it received from the Freestyle Libre 2 sensor.
This watch app also doesn't run on Garmin Lily (see https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/b6348ccc-86d8-4780-8013-d9e19fed5260).
Juggluco can also send an Android notification every time a new glucose value arrives. If a watch supports the display of Android notifications, you can receive every minute a glucose values on that watch. Because it is accompanied by a vibration (which you need to know when to look at your watch), it is not something you want to turn on all day.
