Hi!
I'm trying to follow this guide Getting Started, I have installed the Connect IQ SDK (4.0.6), Visual Studio Code (1.61.0) and the Monkey C extension (0.4.0), but I'm stuck at the "Type “Verify Installation” and select Monkey C: Verify Installation" step. Nothing related to Monkey C shows up in the command palette, even though I have restarted and reinstalled the extension several times (I have also tried with older versions of the extension without success).
