Can´t upload Apps to store

I always get the information, that it is not possible to upload files to the app store.
After the form is filled out I always get the information that this page is not available. I work with MAC and tried Safari and Chrome - but this should not be the reason.

Does anybody other has this problem?

Is the description you enter not too long?
Try shorter and check if it still fails.

Length of description

I double checked the length of the description. The length is 1111 characters long. This should be OK.

Upload still fails.

Try to remove some special characters from the description or app name.

As Petr said, using < or > in a description will cause errors.

Upload possible now

I tried to upload the App serveral times during the last hour (started about 7:00 PM local time Vienna).
I removed < > and % characters from the text. After this the upload was successful.
