App Updates not making it to the Connect IQ app

Hi,

I've had a report from a user that they don't see updates for my app in the Connect IQ app, but if they go to the app store on the web they do.  Has anyone else experienced this and is it likely a problem local to this user, or a more general issue with the way my app is being distributed (or not)?

I've only had one report of this, so I'm thinking it might be him, but would like to be sure that others get updates.
