Render jpg from bytestream (e.g. bluetooth GATT?)

Is it possible to request to render a jpg image by the graphics lib send over the Bluetooth stack using GATT characteristics (user specific byte stream). So not loading an image from xml ressources or http (wlan) request? Use case: connect to some Arduino board with attached SPI camera module.

Not possible. an image needs to be convereted in something usable on the watch as happens with makeWebRequest.
