Bugs since SDK 1.2.2

I don't know if anyone else has had these problems but since updating to sdk 1.2.2 I can't just rerun my wathface in the simulator to see the changes I've made. I have to close the simulator, clean the project and then re run the watchface. Even then the changes aren't visible sometimes.
The other thing I've noticed is that custom fonts are more spaced apart. It's not responding to negative xoffset so my custom font has gone all over the place.
It's getting frustrating to develop with this platform, specially if you bare in mind the return of investment we, the developers, are getting for our countless hours of dedication.

What version of the SDK are you current using, and is it on windows or the mac? Are you using eclipse, and have you updated the CIQ eclipse plug int (in eclipse, "help>Check for updates")

Starting with 1.2.2, there were things corrected for how custom fonts are being used (these are fixes, as some things in the .fnt file were being used incorrectly). If you look at the announcement threads for the various SDKs, you'll see the changes for custom fonts.
