The best way is to just post things you see, as the Garmin CIQ folks are very active here (you can tell who they are, as their forum names end in".ConnectIQ") Also, when you find something, another developer may be able to point you to a thread about it, with possible work around/solutions, and that thread often has the status of known problems.
Ok, I thought there was a more structured way, like a sub-forum or bug tracker. But hey, as long as the reports reach their destination, I'm fine :)
Yes it does work (I've been doing CIQ for some time now and it works well!). When you find an issue, just post it here, and if some other developer can't help, Garmin folks will post that they opened a ticket and/or supply more help.
