Garmin MapView

Hey guys, I am new to this world "Garmin & connect iq", I have to to create a MapView. I searched everywhere but didn't find an example which can help me.

I tried to understand the documentation but in vain.

Can anyone help me with an example ?

Did you look in the SDK examples at MapSample? Also at https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/connect-iq-faq/how-do-i-use-a-mapview/#howdoiuseamapview

What device are you using? Maps are not available on all of them.

The f5s doesn't support maps. the f5x does, and the f5+ devices do. After that it's some of the f6 devices and fr945. Then some handheld devices.

I Added a file MapSampleDelegate.

I Added a file MapSampleFunction

what's the next step please

Maps aren't available in watch faces (or data fields) You need to have a widget or device app.

I created a widget App now,

I added files MapSimpleDelegate and MapSimpleFunctions

what should I do in this files please?

I suggest you start with the sample map app and go from there. If you can get that to work, you can modify that. If you can't get that to work then I doubt you will get your own built from scratch working. There should be no problems getting the sample to work as it should work "out of the box".
