App updates not synced to IQ store Chinese Version

Perhaps this problem can only be solved by the Garmin team.

I have an app. Right now its latest version is 0.04 at Connect IQ store (apps.garmin.com/.../244dbbc7-a788-4068-bb76-612f006cfbd0).

However, what confuses me is the version on the Chinese site  (https://apps.garmin.cn/en-US/apps/244dbbc7-a788-4068-bb76-612f006cfbd0) is stuck in 0.02. What stops the update sync? Thanks for your help.
