ERA: Invalid key for the app

Hello all, I need some help. My Apps are displayed in red in the "Manage Apps" windows. It looks it means that my Apps (2) have invalid key.

Both Apps are available on Connect IQ website and used by users.

Anybody able to help to solve the issue?

I'm having a similar problem. I have 5 apps with which ERA was working fine up to a couple of days ago. I've just update one of them and since, only for that single app I get a "The app was not found.…

I was able to set it up correctly and in fact it worked for the past few months. All of a sudden it stopped working with the same error as described in the op.

I'm having a similar problem. I have 5 apps with which ERA was working fine up to a couple of days ago. I've just update one of them and since, only for that single app I get a "The app was not found. Please check the app id." error message in ERO If I go into "Manage apps" and try to edit that specific app, I get an "selected key does not belong to the app. Please select another key" ...and I only have one developer key.

Chiming in to say that I am facing the same problem. ERA was working fine until a few days ago.

I've had no issue with my 50 some apps, but has anyone done a bug report with specifics like which app and which developer ID? That seems to be the next step..

Same problem here since 4.0.4 sdk my apps exported with previous SDK have no problem

I have the same issue with my apps (dev and production) and it doesn't seem to be related to the SDK version as the same error is reported even when compiled with older SDKs. The "Updated" date is correctly updated for the production apps, but the ERA message is the same ("The app was not found. Please check the app id").
