Sys.getDeviceSettings().tonesOn and Sys.getDeviceSettings().vibrateOn

This is a device bug. It appears those two values aren't being fetched. Thanks for catching this, I've submitted a report.

This bug is the one most often asked to be fixed in BigTime. Any news on whether it's being actually worked on and when it might be available.

For me and users of BigTime this is the most important bug to be fixed.

This issue has been reported and has been assigned a high priority, but it's not something we can just fix directly. The root of the problem is at the device level, which will require some coordination between the Connect IQ team and the device teams. We'll more than likely be checking other devices to ensure that the problem isn't affecting other products, too.

Unfortunately, I can't give you a specific timeline because there are too many unknowns for me to even come up with a reasonable estimate. It's high on our list, however, and we are working on a solution.
