Connect IQ Simulator Buttons not working

Hi,

I can run my watchface in the simulator - but I'm not able to click on a button (using the mouse in the simulator).

Also under "Simulation" I found nothing which allows me to simiulate (trigger) Backlight.

I use Simulator Version 4.0.3 and Fenix 6s as well as Fenix 5x as target.

The watch face shows corretly - I only found no way to trigger the buttons.

CIQ watch faces don't respond to any button presses. On a real device, the FW handles them - up/down for the widget/glance loop, menu for system settings, enter for the activity list..

Same with the backlight button.

Attention has a way to control the backlight, but I don't think Attention is available in a watch face. I know it's not with tones or vibrations.

To bad, because I need to trigger the "hands up mode" which shows (normally) the second hand and other things.
By the way - I just found out that hitting the light button (on real device) dosn't trigger the second hand on my watch face.

So there must be another trigger which is raised when I raise the hand which enables the light and the extra hand.
That event is what I need to trigger in the simulatator.

Hi, for That you could use the onExitSleep function.

OnEnterSleep in a watch face indicates that you are now in low power mode (onUpdate is called every minute) and onExitSleep indicates you are not in low power mode (onUpdate is called every second). On a real watch, that occurs based on a gesture/tap, where a watch face will drop out of low power mode for about 10 seconds..

In the sim, under settings, there is a check box for low power mode. When you first run a watch face in the sim you are not in low power mode, but there is no timeout.
