i change a computer and when i try to upload a new version i got

Signature check failed. All app versions have to be signed with the same key pair.

the "Manifest AppID" is correct .

what should i do ?

You need to use the same developer key you used on your old system. That's used to sign your app.

The developer key is something you want to have saved off on a flash drive or something as there is no way to recover it.
