Does anybody know if the Connect IQ SDK supports Rx Scan Mode for ANT+ devices?

"Rx Scan Mode" is a specific mode defined in the ANT Message Protocol and Usage document. I was looking for Open Rx Scan Mode, not Background Scanning.
Does the Connect IQ SDK support Open Rx Scan Mode?
