Live Chat / Support / Screensharing? Introduction workshops / videos for different experience levels (beginner - expert) offered by Garmin?

I would like to suggest a kind of live chat / support / screensharing offered by Garmin.

I would help very much (especially) for beginners to achieve a quick start and success!

Even a kind of online workshop session (live or with videos available) would be very valuable.

As far as a live chat, the Garmin CIQ team isn't that big. There's no staff for anything live.

You can tell who are Garmin CIQ folks here in the forum. Their handles all end with ".ConnectIQ" (Brandon.Connect IQ for example)
